Joe Whyte
Chris is voiced by Joe Whyte in Resident Evil Remake (he also voices Richard Aiken in the same game). Joe was born on 18 April 1961 in Northridge, California, and has done a wealth of voice over work in his career. He's provided voices for cartoons such as Spongebob Squarepants, the Emperor's New Groove and Home on the Range, as well as other video games such as EverQuest II and The Sum of all Fears. Michael Filipowich
Michael Filipowich voices Chris in Code Veronica (X). Chris is surprisingly the only voice over work Michael has done - all of his other work consists of regular TV and movie acting roles. He has appeared in shows such as Earth: Final Conflict and La Femme Nikita, and movies such as Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. You can check out a full listing of his work here.
Charlie
Little is known about the actor who voices Chris in Classic, he is credited simply as Charlie. If this is even the same person who plays Chris in the opening and ending scenes is not known either. Charlie is an enigma ;)
